Our clinic is located on Church Drive, off Church Drive East (Sainsbury's is on the corner of Church Drive East) in Arnold.
- If you're driving, you can use public parking on the left side of the road. Just pass our clinic, The Old School Business Centre building.
- Alternatively, just before the building, you'll find two sets of open gates that lead into our private car park. Nottingham City Transport and Trent Barton Buses offer convenient links into Arnold.
- When you enter the building, you'll see two sets of doors. At the second set, to the left, there is an intercom buzzer. Please press the Myo Flexion Buzzer and wait to be let in.
- Our clinic is located down the first corridor. Turn left, then right, and to the of the corridor you'll find our door on the left. Please knock and wait to be let in.
- Restrooms are located at the first corridor on the left as you walk in.

Myo Flexion Buzzer

On the day of your treatment
• Arrival: Please arrive on time. If you arrive early, kindly wait in your car or at the main entrance. When at the entrance please press the Myo Flexion Buzzer to be let in.
• Face Masks: While wearing a mask is no longer mandatory, you are welcome to wear one if you prefer. Please bring your own mask and wear it before entering the clinic.
• Entry:
• If the clinic door is open, feel free to walk in and use the provided hand sanitizer on the worktop.
• If the door is closed, please knock and wait for assistance.
• Towels: Please bring the necessary towels for your treatment in a plastic bag — one to lie on and a few for draping. Disposable couch tissue will be available.
• Hydration: Bring your own water bottle to stay hydrated during or after the massage.
• Post-Treatment Comfort: Warm clothing is recommended for after your session.

• Public Parking: Located past the premises on the left.

If you are feeling unwell on the morning of your appointment, please contact me to reschedule. Your health and safety are my priority, and there will be no cancellation fee.
