I have been coming to Joll for over 18 months and highly recommend him to any athlete whether you are suffering with injury or just trying to look after your body alongside your training. Joll has helped me complete a solo Hyrox, Marathon and Half Marathon all within the last year. There have been various niggles which I have come to Joll with throughout my training – neck, knees and ankle – alongside my general stiffness/inflexibility from years of football – Joll has always been able to provide me with exercises/stretches to do alongside my training which have helped them all and allowed me to achieve my goals.
